ReplyDeletethe striped armchair that you love, and his globe-footrest, belongs to the famous "UP Series", designed in 1969 by Gaetano Pesce for B&B Italia: not only it is an incredible objet (and very comfortbale too, believe me) but it is considered one of the most iconic (and ironic) expressions of the Radical Design typical of the '60ies and '70ies.
